 This Fall
Calvary Baptist Church is launching our third season of
Upward Basketball and Cheerleading for boys and girls in K(5) through 5th grade.
Designed to introduce children, their families and friends to Jesus
Christ, this ministry promotes salvation, sportsmanship and self-esteem
in every child. With Upward Basketball and Upward Cheerleading, every
child is a winner! Each child gets the same amount of playing time and
has the opportunity to be on the starting team. In partnership with Upward Unlimited, Calvary’s goal is to
share the gospel with children and their families regardless of race,
economic or social status. As part of our core values, we are winning
